I would prefer that non-clinical matters be handled by email and that you reserve voice communication for clinical matters. Clinical matters relate to symptoms, not to prescriptions or paperwork.
In general, I tend to be busier in the afternoon and evening, so you are most likely to get a quick response if you call me in the morning.
Depending on whether I need to triage my calls, it may take up to 24 hours to return your call. In an emergency, go to the closest ER or call 911.
