Time management

Pleas note that while I agree with most of the contents of these books, I don't necessarily agree with everything in them.

My favorite book on time management, the one I use myself. David Allen's got a much better method for keeping track of things than any other books I've read. I certainly don't do everything he says, but I do go back and re-read the book every year or so. This book has reached near-cult status among some engineers.

Not really about time management, but about how to prioritize everything in your life. Have too much to do? Learn to separate the vital few from the trivial many. The idea is simple, but I've been told that understanding the 80/20 principle is one of the most important keys to management consulting. I try to apply these principles in my practice.
